Information you provide directly: When you submit a request form, contact us, or apply to join our interpreter network, we collect the information you enter — such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, and event details. This information is used solely to respond to your request or inquiry.
Analytics data (with your consent): If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how visitors use our site, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally and is used only to improve the website.
3. Cookies
We use cookies only if you explicitly consent via the banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, Google Analytics may set cookies (_ga, _gid) to distinguish visitors and track sessions. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set.

- Resend — transactional email delivery. When you submit a form, your information is transmitted to Resend solely to deliver the notification email to us. Resend does not use your data for any other purpose.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to service your request and maintain business records, typically no longer than 3 years. Analytics data is retained per Google’s standard retention settings (26 months by default).
